Pasta Salad Recipe

8 ounces of bow tie pasta or other pasta

1bell pepper

1tomatoe

1/2 cup celery (optional)

1/2 cup diced green onion or red onion

1 Tbs. fresh or dried parsley

1/2 cups pitted olives(optional)

1/2 cups diced or grated Monterey Jack cheese or  Parmesan cheese

1to 1 1/2 cups dressing Ranch, Italian, or Honey Mustard

if you like you can add 1 cup chicken, scrimp, salami or ham

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and cool. If you are in a hurry you can rinse in cold water until completely cool.In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. serve chilled or at room temperature.If you add meat keep chilled.
